BIVI Consulting was built on nearly two decades of direct experience inside higher education admissions and enrollment — including graduate admissions work at UC Berkeley and within a joint UC Berkeley–UCSF doctoral program. That experience is both the foundation and the lens through which this work is done.

Most admissions and enrollment challenges are not mysteries. They are patterns — in how processes are built, how communication breaks down, and how decisions get made under pressure. Having worked on both the institutional and applicant sides of those processes, I've seen where things go wrong and, more importantly, what actually helps.
