After eighteen years in higher education, I’ve supported graduate programs, admissions cycles, student advising, and large-scale academic events across both public and for-profit institutions, including UC Berkeley and UCSF. Along the way, I saw firsthand how thoughtful systems and human-centered guidance can meaningfully shape outcomes for both institutions and students. That perspective is what led me to found Bivi Consulting.

My work has shown me that successful admissions and enrollment efforts rest on two things: strong internal operations and a clear, supportive experience for the people moving through them. Bivi Consulting brings those elements together.

I partner with institutions to provide on-demand admissions and enrollment support, stepping in during high-volume or high-stakes periods to strengthen workflows, support teams, and improve the applicant experience. Separately, I work one-on-one with graduate applicants, offering admissions coaching that brings structure, clarity, and steady guidance through each stage of the process.
