    Fractional Admissions & Enrollment Support

    (For organizations and admissions teams)

Not every program needs another full-time role. Often, what’s needed is experienced support that can bring clarity, continuity, and informed judgment during complex admissions and enrollment cycles.

I partner with colleges, universities, workforce initiatives, and nonprofits to provide senior-level admissions and enrollment support during periods of growth, transition, or operational uncertainty. My work is designed to complement existing teams by strengthening enrollment processes, advising at key decision points, and helping programs maintain consistency across the cycle — without disrupting established workflows or adding permanent headcount.

This approach is particularly well suited for:

    - Growing or cohort-based programs managing increased inquiry and application volume

    - New or pilot initiatives where enrollment processes are still being established

    - Teams navigating organizational change, expansion, or shifts in enrollment strategy

    Graduate Admissions Coaching

    (For individual applicants)

High-achieving applicants often don’t need generic advice. They need informed guidance to navigate uncertainty, understand how decisions are made, and approach the process with clarity and confidence.

I provide personalized, one-on-one admissions coaching for candidates pursuing master’s and PhD programs. This includes support with program and faculty fit, interview preparation, application strategy, and decision-stage planning. The focus is not on “gaming” the process, but on presenting your work, goals, and preparation thoughtfully and honestly.

This support is informed by years of direct experience inside PhD admissions processes, offering insight into how applications are evaluated and how committees think about fit.
